ONLY 5 REMAINING… HURRY, THEY ARE GOING FAST
Join millions of people who are rediscovering the natural healing power of essential oils!
Essential oils are the aromatic liquids created by plants to help them maintain their own health and vitality. The oils have been used by mankind for thousands of years to help enhance physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Modern science has recently begun to unravel how these precious liquids—and the chemical compounds they contain—affect the whole person.
This redesigned edition of the Reference Guide for Essential Oils explains the beauty and power of one of nature’s most exquisite gifts. It details over 100 single oils and over 150 blends, supplements, and personal care preparations (including all 2016 releases). A new color-coding system helps anyone find—and confidently use—all of these products for 600 health and wellness concerns. This is the indispensable reference for both beginners and seasoned essential oil users.
Connie Higley has always held a fascination for natural healing methods, relying on herbs and herbal remedies for much of her life. She received her bachelor’s degree in information management in 1989, developing her unique talent for organizing ideas and data. As a devoted mother, Connie became excited about essential oils when she learned about their therapeutic physical and emotional effects. In May, 1995, she met Pat Leatham, who shared notes she had compiled about essential oils. Connie helped Pat organize the information for themselves and their friends. Connie then went on to expand her research to produce the Reference Guide for Essential Oils and other works. She and her husband, Alan Higley, now work together to help catalog and publish a growing body of knowledge about essential oils.
